But what happened to Cannon Busters? This series sounds interesting, but I never got to see the pilot for CB (it was backer exclusive and I'm now kicking myself over it even though I barely have the cash to back anything on Kickstarter) and now I'm worried it's never going to get a series.

It's really hard to know about this sort of thing. Maybe it'll turn out well,maybe it won't. It's really hard to know. I'm not familiar with "Cannon Busters" so I'm not sure about "Children of Ether," either.
