So basically, Japan wanted to have Dragon Ball Super all to themselves (seeing as how simulcasts and broadcast dubs would have been a given for Dragon Ball Super if they would just allow it). Then after over a years time they decide to release it to simulcast. Wonder if the Broadcast dub is soon to follow. Doubtful of that but one can only hope.
