The fact that it got chosen at all in the Graphic Novel category is an achievement. Though I voted personally for Monstress because the story is brilliant and the art is amazing IMO.

A award on a website that gives everything such a high score doesn't mean much in my eyes.

Orange had 2 bland and irritating main characters, a bunch of melodrama, and the entire premise of the letter makes no sense. I would have rather had a series like Monster win this award. The one thing Orange has going for it is that the artwork is gorgeous.

Monstress is an amazing series. Marjorie Liu and Sana Takeda always do good work together dating back to when they worked on X-23 together.
