After 3 years of waiting (and that's just how long I had the pre-order in for), the Shinkai set is upon us Smile

Is it odd to more excited about getting "Voices of a distant star" and "The place promised in our early days" on BD than I am about a lot of newer titles?
I've been wanting to rewatch Voices for about 18 months but kept putting it off.

Not at all! That is but a small indication of their strengths. These older titles will help tide fans by in the lengthy lull before Your Name is given a proper release.
