I like the sound of it..
got surprised by hearing the name of Shinya Kawatsura as the director. But after Stella no Mahou i feel like he needs to come stronger and prove himself. i hope he does.

Wait, is the one of the left a male? He's so androgynous! Give him a female seiyuu.  (or maybe that's just the first visual and the actual male protagonist is not in the picture.)

I guess you were thinking that his direction for Stella no Mahou is weak? I don't know but I personally liked how it is going along, though I guess with merely near 3000 voters that watched it on MAL and a 6.8 rating which is considered low there..nonetheless, I do not think his work on it is weak and have a lot of charming points on its own especially the character development on the previously aired episode. The anime is still solid just like his work on Tanaka-kun and Non non for me. And oh, it's originally from a 4 koma manga. Pretty hard to get something out of that for a 24 minute show. I guess the colorful atmosphere that they used really helped me out in enjoying it as well because I really like how it looked. In the end, everyone has their determined recognition for a show and I respected that. The source material will also affect how such an anime that come from an adaptation would looked like but that doesn't matter in this topic.

So, this is an adaption of a complete work, I'm liking this already, this means no open endings and not anime only endings. Just that fact carries a whole lot of weight when considering to watch the show or not. So count me in.

I remember thinking that back when Red Data Girl was announced...they ended up covering all but the final novel...
Really hope this won't be the case for this anime.

You have good point and you did convinced me to think Positively . 
And i do have to say, he is still one of my favorite anime directors and i am very eager to see what he has to offer me in the future.
