They've been flying the balloon for years so it's not like they made it specifically for the anniversary. It will probably be flying in another five years when the 25th anniversary comes around.

I agree with Mr. Oshawatt. That Pikachu balloon sure is cute. Big smile. Incredibly cute. I love it just about as much as anyone. What a wonderful thing to see on Thanksgiving.
