I assume this is because NesicaxLive being hacked, if people are going to play it for free on PC then might as well sell it on STEAM.

It's too late to say is being hacked, it's already been hacked. I have a few of the games from Nesica x Live already and that includes Nitro+ Blasterz (even though I have the PS4 & PS3 version already). The move to put the game on PC isn't because of this though, XSEED & Marvelous have been putting a lot of their games on Steam as of late anyway which includes the Senran Kagura series, EFD, and some others.

This is just another one of the many games they had planned to put on Steam.
