Right, but Tinkle's style isn't exactly easy to adapt, even moreso for animation. If they keep it up to Ro-Kyu-Bu!'s level, I'm satisfied... |

Look at the art right below the key art. The short-haired one, Sora, looks alright and what one would expect from a RoKyuBu-like adaptation (although Airi had some issues). However, for the other two they ignored most of their features and their general feel. The silver-haired one specially. Even though she does wear twintails often, overall she looks like a completely different person... a slightly scary one. I can't claim to know the original LN at all, but I've seen them randomly featured in Tinkle's art often enough for this to be quite jarring. |
