I have yet to see his main contribution, the Kimba movie, but I plan to sometime. Supposedly it was much more mature and dark than the TV series.

Nakashima is best known for his manga "The Cruel Story of a Cartoonist."
Unfortunately we knw very little about him, and online research has also turned up very little. But his manga is said tohave influenced many ofther manga-ka, including those that we know better, so for that reason I felt it appropriate to mention his passing. I'm also not 100% certain if he worked at Mushi Pro,or if there was another person called Shinji Nagashima. -t |
