The true manga connoisseurs know that tg RE sucks. The alternative story of the anime is the opportunity to create a story not as shit as RE. The anime is a lifesaver for manga readers who are not happy with the garbage that is woven into manga.

Hello there. I'm a guy who doesn't like Re. Eto and Kaneki were the only reason I stuck around for more than 60 chapters before dropping it (and boy did it feel good to do so).
I would gladly welcome an alternative version of the story. One I might actually like...

Haven't read any of the manga, but I definitely thought Root A ("square root of A?") was very disappointing compared to the first season.
