Not rad!

Why is Domoto Tsuyoshi the actor to play Takasugi? Gintoki is being played by a slender and tall dude and Takasugi is being played by a smaller frame older dude. Come on, the disparity is appalling. It should've been two similar built for those two.

(Coming from a huge fan of Takasugi)

Even in the manga Takasugi really smaller than Gintoki (5'9" vs. 5'6") and being the shortest from the Old Joui group, so it's kind of right.

The actress for Tae looks really good for a hostess, but she's look somelike older than I imagined.

The casting looks amazing so far! This is probably the live action shonen manga adaptation I'm most curious about this year.

The director is pretty good when it comes to comedy, being the director of works like Blue Blazes, Hero Yoshihiko and Hentai Kamen, so I'm looking forward to the movie as well. He's so far the only one that really clicked for me, seeing how majority of live action movies are either bland or just terrible like the recent Attack on Titan movies.

I think they look cool. And I love the justaways! Anime hyper I wish some other characters could make cameos, maybe walking on the street or something, like Madao, Yamazaki, Hedoro, prince Hata,...

Chiming in to say that I'm also excited that Fukuda is directing; I don't know that there's another live action director I'd trust with Gintama
