RIP cute dancers. Sad

I guess it had a decent run, considering how crazy WSJ tends to be. I was really nice to have something different in the magazine.

I'm pretty positive it got cut short. By re-reading this cute thing 2 times, one can see it probably had so many things to develop just yet... this latest arc was set up to be their first big thing out of many, after getting kinda good for the dancing stuff, while would present the first obstacle for the president of the club, spoiler[ as his long time partner were seemingly going to stop dancing after said event ].

There was so many other things clearly being aborted, I feel bad this manga isn't in Shounen Magazine or something (it would have had a better chance to get everything properly done in there)...

Did it get axed though? Or did the author just lose interest, based on rankings alone it was never in any danger, firmly sitting between 5th and 9th place.

Wasn't selling well for the overall okay ranking it was getting. An anime could have solved the problem however, and I was expecting one to be honest.

Adding to the fact this is Chikan Otoko's author, he hasn't really the reputation of giving up on his stories (much for the contrary, he develops and closes quite well every important plot point/character he introduce in any of his works so far, even the most simple of them).

While it really sucks that this series is ending(i've heard good things about it and the art is super cute), from what i understand it ended naturally and by the author's own accord and not because Shounen Jump decided to axe it in favor of all the new series that's coming in the next few weeks. Hopefully Viz picks it back up so that i can get the chance to read it!
