My first thought was that, at this point, I wouldn't bat an eyelash at a light novel titled "Even Dubbed into English, it's still Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon".

If Luci Christian wasn't going to be Liliruca then Hillary Haag was virtually confirmed to be her. As for the rest of the cast I have little to no knowledge of anybody in Sentai's VA pool aside from those who've worked at Funimation before (and Caitlynn French because I've spoken to her on twitter a couple of times. Big fan of wrestling.)

That being said I've already pre-ordered the Premium Edition and the clips have sounded solid so far so i might just give the show a full watch when I get it.

Awesome; I was hoping that Hilary Haag would voice Liliruca, and Sentai delivered. The rest of the cast looks solid to me. I am inching closer to preorder the standard BD.

Yeah, that's the one casting choice which seems a little odd to me, too. Otherwise the casting seems pretty good, and Lucy sounds fine as Hestia.

Yeah, Carli Mosier would have been the more obvious choice for Aiz. It's not that I don't think SCB can do it... I'm imagining something low energy and commanding like Ami from Girls Und Panzer... it's that I can imagine so many others doing it, let's just say, "as well".

Still, while nothing about this show or the dub is bad, it is just another incomplete Light Novel adaptation and I have to prioritize which ones I get. So "maybe but not now".

On the other hand, it is Luci Christian. I've been recently going through Super Gals and I've forgotten how fun she is with high energy characters.

"Eventually"?
