kondo looks a little off, but the rest of the cast are probably the best cosplay you'll ever see of those characters.

I was thinking the same thing. I think it's the hair is much taller than expected.

Sougo looks really good though. I'm impressed - especially since nothing actually looks like a wig or badly dyed

Maybe its just me prefer Hiroshi Abe cast as Kondou. He has tough body and comedic sense like Kondou should be.

Kondo looks gangsta. (more like the leader of a Yakuza)

The rest is fine. Hijikata looks so on point! Although I wish he was holding the mayo lighter.
Can't wait for this, anything with Shun Oguri, his portrayal of Mutta on Uchuu Kyoudai was good so him as Gintoki...really looking forward to it especially Zura.

Anyway where is Yamazaki? Did I miss it on the past news?

Everybody's looking pretty good so far. I'm impressed by this live action cast. The most accurate I've seen so far. I hope it's as funny and badass like the original Gintama.

Wow, that is Hijikata! And Okita too. Kondo... Well, let's give him a chance. Let's wait to see him acting. But really great pictures by now. I love them.
