I see the FA-78 won't be topped in Season 2.

I just got done watching season one when it got re-aired on Gundam Info it was good but as I told an friend of mine it's like watching the opening of Saving Private Ryan on a loop for twenty solid minutes. That being said I look forward to season two but I better keep an "happy" show on standby if I watch this

That is one way to put it! Thunderbolt is by far the rawest and most unyielding Gundam installation I have seen, to the extent that the time allotted for characterisation reduced it to a secondary emphasis. If Daryl's horridly personal losses had been given directorial priority over the assorted carnage, this series could have ranked as one of the finest mecha productions under Sunrise's belt. If the sequel is to leave any unique impact, a little more introspective and a little less dazzling would be to its aid.
