Well, that trailer told me jack about the show other than a) Warner Brothers is apparently involved and b) there is a dragon at some point in it.
As far as I can tell, Brave Story is a movie, not a TV series. That seemed more like a movie trailer than a TV series trailer. Can anyone confirm one way or the other? |

Anyway, the official site says the movie is based on a novel by a popular Japanese fantasy writer, and it's the story of a boy who, to save his mother from suicide, decides to change fate, and for this, he sets off towards the "tower of fate" located in a fantasy world. Sounds interesting enough, but... "Brave Story," good god. Why couldn't they come up with a title that sounds a bit less lame? |

In any case, it's true that this trailer is pretty much a waste of time. Sure, it runs for 45 seconds or so, but there's probably less than 10 seconds of actual footage, and most of that pretty uninteresting. The rest is all blurbs.
