That's really sad, I love some of his artworks, his Victorian era arts are very detailed from the landscape to its clothing. He will be missed, Gosick won't be the same without him.

My condolence to his co-workers and family.

This is such a shock. I loved her artwork on Ikoku Meiro no Croisée and loved the anime. It's a shame the manga was discontinued. I can only guess because of her health. I hope a light novel or something one day can conclude the story (hoping she told someone how it would end) since it's a shame that it's left without an ending. Sort of like Itazura na Kiss and Zero no Tsukaima go somthing for the ends Sad May she rest in peace.

I'm curious to why you keep using male pronouns. Her name was Hinata, clearly a female.

Anyway, very sad. I can't find her age listed anywhere but I can't imagine her very old. Very talented person. RIP

As far as I know, Hinata is a unisex name.

Anyway, it's a great loss for us. I really love her illustrations, very beautiful and detailed.

How very tragic. And she died back in January too and it's unspecified illness? Tch.

RIP.

I guess that's what happened when you watch Danganronpa and Haikyu, and ANN doesn't list her gender either.

Anyway, I'm very sad that she's gone.

It's a great series. It's got really great chemistry between the 2 leads.

Gosick being one of my favorite series, hearing of her passing is really sad. The artwork for both Gosick and Croisee in a Foreign Labyrinth are beautifully detailed. It's certainly a major loss considering the potential she had.

That's so sad! Their art was so pretty. I really love Gosick and have some of the novels, and the art is so pretty. Her use of lighting and the clothes designs were spectacular. The image of them in front of the train is so lovely and memorable for me.

I hope the cause wasn't overwork...

As some people have said... January is quite a while ago...

Very sad tragedy. Sad That illustration of Gosick is of a magnificent quality, and Hinata-san made it even while she was ill...It's heartbreaking to see a person with great talent suffer a premature death from an illness.

Rest in peace, Ms. Takeda-san. Gosick is truly an amazing work of art.

Wow. Since January. Very unfortunate. I hope her friends and family have healed since then. Thank you for having an impact on many lives.

RIP
