It seems that Megumi-chan has become a big hit among the dakimakura crowd...
Whether that's good or bad...pretty much depends on one's love for dakimakura pillows.

Well, the art is incredibly great, I'll give them that. I'd take a wallpaper for my PC, or even a wallscroll of it. I don't think I'm quite at the point where I'd be into a recording of poor Kiyono Yasuno lulling me to sleep though(I hope that's all she does. lol).
