Dammit, if it's Square Enix then we could be in for a botched Yen Press release if they did this.

They often mess up digital releases on various platforms.

As a Sankrea fan, I hope this series gets licensed...in print. And, yeah, the whole "bittersweet" mention in the summary for the series makes me think this won't be a SoL series.

Didn't Mitsuru Hattori have another manga after Sankarea, before this new one.

Something along the lines of a school girl who's best friend is killed right in front of her, but doesn't react at all. Who then attacks and kidnaps the guy who witnessed her lack of reaction.

My favorite part about the "Sankarea" dub was that Tia Ballard and Aaron Dismuke were the leads. They also did this with "Cat Planet Cuties".
