Without reading the ludicrously formatted and difficult to read article itself...
Yes, yes you should. The second ep explains all the stuff that should have been explained in the first. It's unlikely to ever be a great show, but if they follow what's established in the second episode it should be a decent show.

Eden of the East (1st movie)

ACCA.
ACCA did New York and Paris, and they weren't even supposed to be those cities (they were "Badon" and "Korore") but they were so accurate and so atmospheric.
Also, I think that one episode in the second season of Kaleido Star did it pretty well. And there's something called Red Garden, that I haven't seen, but I've heard good things.
.. . . . . . though I totally admit, Starmyu fails horribly at it. But I still love Starmyu.

Oh yeah, ACCA was a cool little show.

I dislike the art style of the show but after watching the second episode it does make a bit more sense. I would say that the story is somewhat average though I am curious to see if the idol group that voices the schoolgirls are going to have a superhero team with an idol theme.

I sort of like the art though it took some time to get used to. It's the dialogue that seems sparse, to me, and I'm not feeling much momentum despite action scenes that seem prolonged. It doesn't feel minimalist as opposed to...insubstantial.
The show also suffers from debuting in the same season where My Hero Academia is in midstride, at least in my opinion. It's hard for me not to compare the two.
I'll give it a try or two more.

Well, regardless of the still awkward format(would it be possible to have all the text aligned on the same side, that'd really help me, personally), I did read this out of curiosity given the incredibly mixed reactions for this show so far, and this being one that I'm not really sold on so far... based on the fact that both hosts are self-described fans of this type of thing, and were anticipating it, I'm not sure how much I should value their discussion, but it did get my slightly more interested in this. To the point that I will probably give it a couple of episodes now.

I'm pretty certain that was supposed to be a joke based on the screenshot of New York City literally covered in American Flags(it doesn't look like that).
