Oh ok. That sounds cool. I'll be taking at look at this when it starts airing. I have not read or watched anything by Nisio Isin thus far, but I'm hoping that this anime can be an enjoyable experience for many of his longtime fans and newcomers as well.

It looks like Crunchyroll will have a lot if he big titles next season:
Black Clover
The Ancient Magus Bride
Kino's Journey
If they can get Dies Irae and King's Game, they will have most of the hyped series next season.

After their recent article on it, I don't want CR getting Dies. It's very likely their subs wouldn't be proper translations, and that can hurt Dies a lot. There's a reason why the VN remained with no translation (even by fans) despite being so hyped until the recent official translation.

Who do you want to get it? It is not likely to go unlicensed.

I don't actually know. None of the current services that I know of seem like they'd be prepared to handle it. Ideally, whoever gets it would hire one of the people from the official VN translation team. But I know that's almost impossible. So, I'm actually hoping it's Netflix, so it can get fansubbed by someone who has at least read the VN

The anime adaptation will likely be garbage anyway. So the "translation quality" should be the least of your problems. Not to mention, their translators have nothing to do with who writes articles on CR.

I am a pretty big Nisio Isin fan, I adore the Monogatari series as well as Katanagatari and Medaka Box is a real blast, so I'm definitely looking forward to this one in the fall.

That said, I'm a little leery of another death battle sort of series. There are so many of them out there, and they rarely manage to make themselves all that different. For me, after watching and enjoying Future Diary, I'm not sure how much this one will stand out for me.

Hopefully Nisio Isin's writing will provide something special for it. That and I do have to readily admit that the character designs are fantastic (I particularly love the design for Ram).

I have a sneaking suspicion that amazon may try to take away love live or blood blockade from funi and crunchy. Hope im wrong but after age of bahamut I've seen there is no honor for sequels from amazon
