Lisa Ortiz?! Welp, my love for Lina Inverse means I'm pretty much obligated to support this Kickstarter now. Boy, it's sure been awhile since I've heard her in an anime. Smile

Those stretch goals seem realistic and hopefully they will be able to do a dub for the second season. Also great to hear that Lisa Ortiz will be part of the cast.

So what they came up with is that once they reach the 180000 mark then they'll do a season 2 part A tier add on? But not before? And again if they reach the Part B goal? But if they don't make it, than X amount of funds... whatever they deem over... would be used as seed for an additional Kickstarter...

Yeah, since they can't add the Season 2 tiers until they reach those stretch goal....

This seems to be needlessly complicated now. Also, I'd like to see Natural reissued in one big chunk anyway so I'm officially in "wait and see" mode now.

I can't add the tiers before it funds because we can't deliver them until the dub has funded. The way things have to work. A tier cannot be changed once someone donates to it.

Look at it this way - if we reach the goal we are dubbing 39 episodes - that's a lot of dubbing for the price, and we're getting good savings if I can do more at once. Heck, I'd love to fund it all the way to the end of the series, but that's probably asking a lot. But at the same time, it's funded way faster than I had thought...

I have no doubt we will make $260,000

I am changing my pledge to $95 from $55, The Chipboard Box and Lithograph and other stuff is more than worth it, you can't buy a Limited Edition more awesome then that.

This kind of stretch goals is more in line with what I was asking. At the rate funding is coming along, I think it would at least reach $200,000. The big question for me is if it will get close to $300,000, where I would imagine dubbing for season 3 would be possible.

Regardless, I am happy to see how well this Kickstarter is going. Hopefully in 3 weeks we will be celebrating the full funding for all three seasons.

This is Ann from Pied Piper, helping out with the campaign. A HUGE thank you to the backers here for the incredible momentum! The campaign is going strong on day 7, and we are within striking distance of $140K Stretch Goal #2 - Himeya patch for all $55+ tiers, yeah!!!

I pledged at $95 hoping for later seasons to get added, so this is looking good for me. Naturally (heh...), I'll boost my pledge if needed for the later seasons.

Thank you @Red Fox of Fire for joining the campaign!

Incredibly we hit the $140K stretch goal (everyone at $55+ tiers get a Himiya Patch!!), zooming now to $150K to get dub commentary for S1!

I gave in, I had to watch a couple episodes to make sure I'd like the show before I boost my pledge.

I wish if they had used NYAV voice cast. Since they are contained by both NY and LA voice cast..

It seems it cost alot more but it's great to have Headline in this one...

Sitting at a $95 early bird pledge myself. Depending on what may be released later for tiers/bonuses I might up it a bit more.

Why not add the season 2 dub as the next tier and have it slightly lower, rather than having the other stuff in-between. Why spend money on things like audio commentary when you could get to the dub faster.

When Shawne was asked about doing a lower tier for streaming options, he said "@gregory digital streaming rights are typically separate which means that's a bit more complicated to do that than it sounds. =("

but isnt she the VA that did bloom from 4kids horrendous WINX Club????

that is definitely not a good sign. and i thought miss jessica retired after her vocal chords were shot during dubbing of excel saga.
