Well, I simply can't understand what that means. Basically: Emon transfers the stake to the other company AFTER studio bankruptcy (because it ceased all of their work in June), so Artland still can be saved on the other hands; or they already owned the majority stake, get financial problems and studio go bankrupt when Chinese company own them, and it's basically going out from their debts?

Oh so it sounds like Artland is going to be okay, I guess that means a hitman reborn anime still has a chance.

Well, it doesn't matter in the case of Reborn, because Artland don't own the rights for franchise - if rights holder and producers wants it, they can give it to another studio even if it still works.

What matters there is can Artland be on the business again like before, or it simply transfer of it's debts.

This does not mean Artland is going to be okay, only that Emon is moving on. Emon wanted to make Chinese productions using Japanese talent, so they bought a 51% stake in Artland in 2016. Artland must have been bleeding cash before it closed in 2017, making it easy for the President to sell a majority stake in their company. Emon now wants nothing to do with Artland while Artland deals with bankruptcy.

Second, a Hitman Reborn anime can be made by anyone with the author's permission.
