They aren't new, they're repackaged old figures, accessories and all. Unit 05 was first released back in 2011 (with a different smaller 05 released twice in 2009 in different colors) while Unit 13 came from 2013 and again in 2014. They do this sort of thing periodically.

I'd like to add Unit 05 to my collection, but i just don't like Revoltech's models, the stands especially (they're awful!)

Now, if Anno had concentrated on "Eva 4.4", then we would have had even more "newer" Eva models to play with.
