There's already a manga where Putin saves Donald's son from being raped by Bill Clinton. Someting tells me this one won't be as interesting.

Probably largely a negative one of him being a manipulated by Putin. And that manga plot line makes little sense to me.

Hmm... I highly doubt that the topic of Putin's career in manga will be as accurate and unbiased as Stone "The Putin Interviews", but... the attempt is counted.

This feels kind of tone-deaf to me, maybe because most other manga works featuring dictators involve those that had already been out of power and Putin is very much alive and thriving.

Sounds interesting. I read a manga biography of Hitler written in the early 70's, it's graphic style lacks many of the elements we associate with anime/manga (besides being black and white), this one about Putin looks like it also has a less manga-style as well. The one about Hitler was very good, as it portrayed him as a very confused human being.
