I really wish VIZ would have published Billy Bat too, actually surprised they didn't.
Btw, try to count how many volumes Urasawa have drawn when you have time. The answer will surprise you.

Man, I saw the 20th Century Boys picture and my heart skipped a beat, I've been waiting for it to get an anime adaptation someday since I read it.

Very excited to read whatever he's doing next, once I get off my butt and finish reading Billy Bat.

Tough to publish Billy Bat over here, when the logo makes you think of a different bat character.

I think Urasawa makes a point to have a series complete before licensing it overseas. So maybe now that he's starting a new series Billy Bat will turn up in English in 2018

Me too! Monster is amazing as well. Urasawa is a genius storyteller in my book.

You're gonna be disappointed, I garantee it. Of all the manga I read, it's probably the biggest let down I came across.

Well, I love Urasawa, but he doesn't know when and how to end his stories. Monster had a good end, he stopped just when he had to. But 20th Century Boys went too far. Everything after FRIEND's resurection is too much. There is the divided once more too much, the proton bomb thing that's stupid, even Kenji's return fell off.
And Billy Bat is even worse. That's no end. Billy does nothing, and everything that happened during the whole thing is totally useless. There is no closing in here.
(Pluto has a nice end, but it's different, it's adapted from one already existing Atom arc). I love how he can write characters, but I hope his next work won't take the same route as the previous ones.
