I prefer how it originally looked. I wasn't really into the Anime version's Animation style.

Wow, so someone else is trying out 0verflow's shtick of an animated ADV game eh? Well, I'm sure technology has advanced far from School/Summer/Cross Days and 5pb seem like a big enough group to be able to tackle it. I'm curious to see how this ends up. I am a bit surprised it has taken this long for another attempt to come, and I'm definitely surprised that it isn't an eroge.

I love the School Days anime and after playing the game I really felt that this was like my ideal approach to anime stories. If any anime I liked had a visual novel version, I wanted to play it. I was immediately let down to discover that pretty much only one developer in one franchise was doing anything even remotely like that.

I was pretty bummed out and Steins;Gate was actually was the biggest bummer. I like that show more than School Days so I was really excited to try the game out after playing School Days but it seemed really low budget in comparison. If I had started on something that was like mostly still images, I probably could have transitioned but it felt like going from like the latest greatest Mario game back to the first one on the NES. I moved on to stuff like Beyond, Heavy Rain, and Tell Tale to pick up the slack.

Now they've made a version that doesn't feel like a really low budget version of what the School Days people do. That's all I ever wanted. Will purchase once translated. I hope it's a hit and other stuff follows suit. There's a lot of games like this I'd play if they didn't look like a high res version of a conversation you'd have in a SNES JRPG.
