Now the Big question! Will it get an English release????
Its been forever and a day since I last played the original Utawarerumono.. and I just finished Mask of Deception. I'm currently in the Dream Matches for Mask of Truth.. Excellent story and IMO one of the best VNs of all time... even better then Fate! (yes I said it!) not better then Tsukihime though

Well, after Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth was released in the West, I think it's the matter of time.

It would be nice if all three got a PC release since it's easier for me to carry my laptop when I travel. Doubt that will happen though.

The closest you'll get to portability is probably the Vita.. both MOD and MOT were released for it.
The original was a PC game though..
Now I need to go find where I stashed it.

Yeah, if only that thing was still being produced once I managed to get a job and had expandable income -_-

You can still get new and used vitas online for pretty cheap. You make it sound like the thing is out print and cost a small fortune.
