The article's title is very misleading and wrong. I thought this was going to be about English Bill somehow appearing at JF, but it was all about the Japanese voice actor. Once again, using English names in Japanese related news has deceived me...and English readers.

Although I'm a fan of Onosaka-san, how is this news? Bill (in English or Japanese) hasn't appeared in the anime since when? '97? The headline might as well be 'Seiyuu cosplays as Giovanni'.
