At least there's a mini story arc to serve as an epilogue. Current arc is too rushed and doesn't really link well with what came before.

Fukumoto franchises are more likely to see live action adaptations rather than animated ones so the announcement doesn't come as a surprise.

Guess age is catching up to him, he had what? 4 ongoing manga when Kaiji was running too? Now he's down to 2.

Impressive it has gone on this long, the anime was quite boring. Kaiji was more entertaining only when the stakes were raised.
