Heh, the article briefly mentions live-action Dragonball Z and live-action Voltron (Go Lion) as though they're likely to be made, even though live-action Dragonball Z has been a very backburner project at Fox stalled in preproduction limbo for a couple of years and live-action Voltron doesn't even have a studio backing it, just the domestic distributor hoping to attract studio interest.

Production I.G. became a publicly traded company on Dec 21st on Japan's JASDAQ exchange, as noted on two ANN articles here and here. That's what that's referring to.
