I am sure that Daman Mills will voice Frieza in this game and upcoming works.

Chris apparently did some voice work for the recent XV2 DLC.

hope its a pure fighting game where you control the character as well as you should be able to play offline

I guess that it's likely due to the recent XV2 DLC's development hell. This is the last time we heard Chris Ayres in a Dragon Ball project.
