Amazing how the show has been able to stay relevant for so long. I wonder who will lisence this one, since it seems to vary on a title by title basis.

I love...everything really. This looks extremely promising. I'm also hoping for a simuldub, but if not, I'll definitely follow Hulu's simulcast.

Part IV's dub was for Discotek, too. I can only imagine that if they license this new show, it'll use that cast. They haven't even licensed the Goemon movie yet, though, and who knows what cast they'll use for that? |

I'm loving that key art! As well as the new French-inspired rendition of the theme. Also, Lupin continues to to be a ray of sunshine in a sea of CG corner-cutting in anime with its beautifully hand-drawn classic cars. Can't wait for April to get here. Crunchyroll, please pick this up!

^ Which one? The Goemon movie, which is the last of the Fujiko Mine canon, or Part IV? If you're talking about the Goemon movie then I agree. This trailer just looks..."light" and reminds me of Conan.

No, he's likely referring to part 4. But that doesn't really make much sense either, since the aesthetic here looks nearly identical, honestly a bit more refined in some ways. That being said, The Takeshi Koike films are intended to be a heavier interpretation of the series, there's nothing wrong with "light" Lupin. In fact, part 4 felt like a nice mix of light-hearted and darker stories, and 5 seems to be more of the same. |

Yeah, though, even if we have to wait a little, hopefully Epcar's group gets to do the dub for it again just like last season. Man was it awesome having that cast back. Would be fun to watch this new season on Toonami again as well. |

Well, we see her outside with Lupin in a couple chases, so guessing she's not a hikkikomori criminal-genius hacker-extraodinaire/snack-junkie, just because she owns a desktop and knows how to operate it...
If so, that's a refreshing change. |
