I-I'm so excited... Does someone have a young girl I can borrow so I can see this in the theater without scaring other people?

Good news since I was kind of sad that we wouldn't be seeing more of the older series with the All Stars format change. Now wondering if this is an one-time time thing or if it will keep going on.

This is a great idea, but it will be weird to see the first series and the most recent series come together because of how much the franchise itself has changed over the years - not only in terms of visual style, but also in how the fight scenes are much less focused on hand-to-hand combat than they used to be.

Have you been watching HUGtto? They brought a lot of that CQC back. Not quite as much as FWPC had, but it's a lot more than the last few seasons have had.

Yeah, I noticed that little doubt having elaborate animated CQC is a cost sink, though having NO CQC can also cost in the merch push when the company decides to skirt costs with "default spell animation finisher" every week.

The original Futari wa Pretty Cure came out 14 years ago. I wonder how many of the current Precure voice actresses grew up watching the original...

I'll haven't to check it out, then, as I haven't watched more than a few episodes of anything since Princess!

Maybe they'll do that separate showings thing like they did before(don't remember the franchise). One for adults, one for children. lol

That's what YOU believe, but is actually not true, since merch plummeted the heaviest with Go Princess, while Maho and KiraKira managed to make an upward trend.

So excited for this to be honest. It's nice to have the original duo come back.

Yeah, the CQC doesn't sell the merch, unfortunately.

But HUGtto has made me the most excited about waiting for upcoming episodes as any season has in a long time. They seem to have taken the best concepts from all of the previous seasons and mixed them together. And it came out awesome. (so far -- there haven't been that many episodes yet).
