I enjoyed the anime of this a lot, so i will absolutely be picking this up. I'm a bit disappointed to hear it'll only be 2 volumes long, but oh well, at least i'll have two volumes to enjoy.

I was disappointed that this manga ended quickly in The Hana, because it was getting colour pages and that usually means a manga is doing well. But it's still good.

I loved the anime so I was excited that Viz licensed the manga. I can't wait for volume 2.

All five of the characters in this are played by voice actors from Tsukiuta, and three of them - the two dark-haired ones and the blond one - look way too close to their Tsukiuta characters. I can't look at them without thinking "Thug Arata" and "Thug Aoi".

(.... Heartbreak Red, anyone?)

I'm happy that this got a review. It was an instant buy for me because I also loved the short-form anime it got. I actually liked however slightly different some of the characterization was in the manga version. Unfortunately we don't get the extended backstories for most of the guys, but if they made this spinoff into a legit visual novel I'd buy the heck out of it. Like Rebecca said, the omake/extra pages were pretty funny. Anyway, Rebecca, if you're reading this I hope you make a twitter someday, even if it's just for your stuff here with a handle like ANN+yourname like Jake, Lynzee, or even Bamboo(!)... You are one of my favorite reviewers and the one whose taste/thoughts most often matches my own! I respect you and your writing a whole lot! Just once, I wanted to vocalize it in a way that can reach you Anime smile

Thank you so much, gaptoothsailor - you honestly made my week. (And sorry it took so long to respond!)

Goodreads is the only social media-type thing I'm on if you want to see the truly alarming amount of time I spend reading anything I can get my hands on. But if that ever changes, I will let you know. Smile
