I might be mistaken but I think Anastasia and Atalanta will be added to the Summon Pool even after the 18th .That's the date where the rate-up for them ends. Again, i might be mistaken, please correct me if i'm wrong. Don't wanna ask for an edit of the article only for me to be the one in the wrong.

You're not mistaken. Taken from here:
Everything's going into story gacha. It's been pretty rare in FGO lately that the new 5* isn't a limited, so the mistake is understandable. |
