Given that MCM is being used as this documentary's primary source, I do hope that some effort will be taken to show anime fandom as being distinct (rather than merely subsidiary) to the broader 'geek' culture such a show represents.
Someone cosplaying as Luffy, for example, might not be attending for the sake of seeing the Red Dwarf actors... |
