That framerate is one of the worst animation decisions I have ever seen. I sort of get when they do it with TV shows, even if I don't like it, but deliberately lowering the framerate on a prerendered cutscene in a game that runs at a higher framerate is just bafflingly awful.
It doesn't help that Extella and Extra CCC had much better looking traditionally animated openings. |
