Good. I am glad the annual fee is under $50. HIDIVE has a lot of nice stuff, but they are not in a position to compete with Crunchyroll right now; thus, charging also $60 would have been a mistake. In fact, I think HIDIVE should only charge $39.99 annually. The service could be worth $60 per year one day, but not right now.

I will probably adapt HIDIVE's annual subscription once the two years $3.99 per month promotion ends.

I think I'll switch over to the annual plan as well, it feels like a better deal and I have enjoyed my experience with HIDIVE so far. Though I wish the website would keep me logged in after I leave the page. I know that makes it better from a security perspective but I don't want to waste 30 seconds of my time logging in each. That time could be better utilized for watching more anime Very Happy .

Knew it. I was lucky enough to transfer my TAN sub to Hidive for the past year. With less than a month left on it I might stick with this annual sub. Already dropped my Prime (I got a lil bro who has prime student for now), psn, xbox live and Netflix sub so I'm not paying that much yearly/monthly now

Been regularly watching anime for almost 20 years, so I'll be switching to the yearly plan once the 2yr promo period ends.

I vastly prefer this system if only because I can ignore it for about eleven and a half months of the year. Additionally, the yearly plan costs exactly the same as twelve months of the $3.99 promo rate (which is $47.88), so I'm not losing anything by buying in now. Cool

Seconded.

If they don't do that once my 2 year entry plan is over I won't be signing up for more. Not worth it if you can't stream it on consoles which is where more and more people are watching now a days. Adding the android app was a good step but they need to get the console apps up soon. I've had no problems with service, quite pleased in that department actually. Simply not worth it without the console apps when I already pay the same amount roughly for both Funi and CR which have it.

An app for Xbox 1 has been confirmed for Hidive, yet there is no word for PlayStation at this moment.
