The fact the sloths have two sets of upper limbs took me somewhat by surprise. Is that a permissible way to incorporate an animal's features into a Friend's design?
I recall the ibises only having a single set of arms, for instance. |

Lots of friends are like this.The ibis's extra limbs,the wings,are on his head.Serval has two pairs of ears.And the mammoth,one of the main characters in the first stage play,has both a human nose and an elephant trunk.

For some reason, trying to picture Sloth Friends keeps reminding me of that Card Captor Sakura episode, where tall-tale prankster Yamazaki tells the class zoo field trip "It's true, sloths can actually move very fast when they have to; if you keep your eyes on them long enough, you'll see it!"
