Cannon Busters is an interesting surprise. I'd forgotten all about that Kickstarter.

Not the first time they've done this. But the wait never gets less annoying. Sad
At least it's not 6 months like Kakegurui.

As much as I hate Netflix getting seasonal anime, I think it is cool that Kengan Ashura will be streaming on Netflix before the Japanese TV broadcast. Never mind, I saw an image from the panel that said Kengan Ashura coming in 2019, but the placeholder page lists it for 2018.

Cannon Busters!!!
I have to wait a bit longer for Castlevania than I'd like, but I least we get twice as many episodes, so that's a win.

That isn’t an excuse, they had Knights of Sidonia and Ajin dubbed around a week or less after the Japanese broadcast ended, and they even simuldubbed Violet Evergarden. Also why not release a subbed version immediately if the dub is not done?

pfft, I dunno- reasons.
Im sure that there is a perfectly logical explanation for the delay that us consumer folk wont ever find out and I will be equally unhappy about it as I am now.

Well the number of anime they dub is also much bigger then back then. Ressources are limited and I don't want another AICO.

Netflix is the worse place to watch anime.

I know that they look more at the mainstream casual binge watching audience that don't even know that this is a weekly Japanese anime, but for most anime fans, don't have a simulcast is a thing of the past.

Binge watching can work with original net anime, but just don't work with anime that is released weekly in Japan.

If dubbing take that much time, just simulcast subbed, and release dubbed later.

Probably for the dubbed version.

Should not take that long to dub with the advances in recording technology.
