From what I can observe from watching the trailer it looks to be one of those mouth to mouth scenarios as a means to help feed someone who might have trouble consuming it. I have seen this a few times in past anime. In this case Montmorency was probably given her some liquid substance which in turn help her not only bring Jeanne back to life (as if would appear she was close to death in that scene) but gave her this alter ego that is capable in combat.

That is my take on it. Otherwise It's hard to Know without context, so if you really want to know what was happening in that moment you would have to watch the first episode come October 7th.

As for why I am looking forward to this anime it's for the possible protagonist Jeanne. Besides appearing attractively cute to me it's nice when I get to see a show with a female protagonist (well assuming again if she is the protagonist of this upcoming story).

So I have a question: Are those child like characters in 0:14 actually children or fairies?

It looks good. 1st half of the trailer had some nice fanservice. 2nd half is more serious

I love these kinds of show

Kissing tears? Whatever do you mean? Oh that scene now that I remember. Personally I do not see this often, but I would imagine in the case of the trailer whatever was happening at the moment must had brought about a mixture of sadness and joy that lead to tears.

It doesn't seem to be the same actress but for some reason her non-fighter-side voice really reminded me of Chaika lol.
