Well, good to know Vic Mignogna is officially coming back. Although I do not envy when he has to go in to dub this thing. That yelling just sounds like pain.

Im quite curious to know whether Vic's voice work for Broly will have him say more lines other than just yelling and groaning.

I thought that someone will replace Vic Mignogna as Broly, judging by TV Tropes. Anyhow! Remember what happened with Despicable Me 2 and Paddington? Benjamin Bratt replaced Al Pacino as the voice of El Macho and Ben Whishaw replaced Colin Firth as the voice of Paddington Bear. I think it's possible that Daman Mills will replace Christopher Ayres as Frieza later on. How about that?

Funi posted the voice cast on their Facebook page and Ayres is back for Frieza, so doesnt look like that's happening

At least, I would like to hear the amazing Eric Bauza's voice in the movie.
