Doesn't "Pleasure & Corruption" start off her with blatantly raping him within the first 1-3 chapters? I remember dropping it because it made me extremely uncomfortable. I've read good stories about BDSM and the like, but this just seemed genuinely grim.

Maybe someone with a different perspective or something can explain the manga to me, it might not be as screwed up as I'm thinking. All I know is I didn't have a good reaction from what I read.

Heavenly Delusion sounds interesting while Pleasure & Corruption sounds bad.
