Crazy thought, but shouldn't "understands a woman's point of view" be a prerequisite for any manager whose co-workers are pretty much all women?

Not all women think the same way, you know.
This is just a PR thing so now if any future problems occur, it's a woman's decision so they can't be accused of anything.

I feel like this is just them scrambling to do damage control after some people got angry for the idol herself having to apologize for being attacked.

I still don't believe no members were suspects, there's a coverup for a couple of really jealous and evil idols. Hopefully this committee can find these crazies and at least kick them out of the group if not tossing them in the slammer, their actions constitute attempted murder.

Exactly what I was thinking when the replacement happened to be a female. It's absolutely fine if she's actually qualified for the position, but it always irks me when the hiring is mostly based on the person's gender.
