Just finishing watch the dub over at Gundam.info's youtube channel and I can say that out of all the Build Series, Divers has a better dub than Fighters and Try(even though I haven't seen Try's dub and only a few clips of Fighter's dub). Maybe since Diver's English dub was actually made in a country where English is the primary language. Also, quite a few Actors in this show were also in Sword Art Online(heck Asuna voices Ayame). Coincidence? Probably, but the SAO fan in me thinks it was on propose.
Also, does this means Funimation will make the DVD/Blu-Rays like just like Iron-Blood Orphans?

They're both dubbed by Bang Zoom Entertainment so yes it is just a coincidence.
It's possible that they might release it though. I think that ultimately depends on what Sunrise wants to do since, IIRC, everything other than IBO has gone through Rightstuf/Nozomi but IBO is also the only thing that has aired on TV since then.
So if Divers winds up on TV, I'd say it'd give it a higher chance of being released by Funimation.

Sunrise put up all of Divers onto YouTube for free. It's safe to say it won't be getting a TV run in the United States.

There's also the TV version of Unicorn that aired on Toonami between both IBO seasons and Right Stuf re-released the OVA version after it's airing.
Regardless, I also expect FUNi to have video rights to Build Divers too unfortunately.

Why would that be unfortunate? Just curious.
