As long as Ayase doesn't end up in love with a sibling, I'll be fine with it. The way the anime ended definitely made people cringe, not just for the ending, but for the way it went about it.
If this is based on the Ayase route of the PSP game, then it should end with spoiler[Ayase having a kid with Kyosuke]. |

Ah, I wonder what the chances are of this spin-off being licensed.
I got my Kuroneko story with the spin-off, thanks to Dark Horse releasing it in English. I also liked Ayase in the anime, so I'd like to read this series too, as I've no interest in a game (and have no idea if the game was licensed).

That whole series hit me at an impressionable period, when I was just starting to appreciate anime.
The male main character is perfect to stand in for millions of ordinary guys, including me. |

 OMG. A little surprised about this spin-off as Ayase wasn't that interesting of a character (to me anyway) and it's been a number of years now since the last airing...Kuroneko would have been a much better choice...
