Great news, one of the few shorts I enjoyed this year so far. I guess they may be adding more crossover characters (wonder what they the new title will be?)

Well because it only contains Kadokawa's Isekai series which had an anime adaptation, maybe The Rising of the Shield Hero or Log Horizon

There are new students arrived in the end, so I wonder if show won't be called "Isekai Quartet" anymore. My guess is that a Shield Hero and a certain spider will join the cast (I don't think there's any chance for NGNL or Hataraku Maou cast to join the party).

I second for that certain Spider  . Hopefully they hold off on season two for this so she gets her time to shine in her anime and gets popular enough to be considered to be put into this, another isekai female protagonist isn't a bad thing. I agree with the naming needing to change because it wouldn't hold up good with "new students" coming in. UNLESS, they add 4 new groups in total, two quartets = two seasons, I'll take my idea money now, thank you.

Mushoku tensei is likely, as the manga already crossed over (with rezero) and it has an anime announced.

The last 2 episodes were pretty flat for an otherwise fantastic show. Let's hope S2 resembles the quality of early episodes rather than the late ones

While I would like for the transfer students to be from How Not to Summon a Demon Lord they are probably going to be from one or more of the other big Kadokawa series such as Shield Hero, So I'm a Spider, The Eighth Son, or Wise Man's Grandchild.
