It is funny that both Furuya and Futamata were in the previous adaptation. Furuya played Andrew Fork, while Futamata played Flegel.

I hope Funimation gets these, too. The original OVA is far too expensive.

I'm guessing that was the only way Sentai was allowed to release it and that is a shame. Or had no other choice cause of how expensive it was to acquire. Maybe one day they might get the go ahead to release in smaller boxed sets for their usual $50~$60 a pop?

I have to admit this adaptation is not too bad and I rather enjoy it. Also I do love some of the character designs better than the original like Hilda's,Annerose's, and Frederica's. Can't wait to see what Katerose and Evangeline look like those were my favorite female characters. Very Happy

Indeed this adaptation was better than I thought, though I get antsy when is strays from the masterwork that was the 'original' adaptation. I mean everyone is too pretty, but that's always been a problem to some extent.

So yeah, pass more along. I'll gladly chew through it.
