Two to three female characters in the Japanese top 10; three in the American ranking. By the standards of battle manga, I suppose that's middling for female representation -- IIRC, FMA polls usually have had two in the top 10, Winry and Riza. MHA hovers between one and three, though the American polls had four, three, then three. Food Wars, however, had four, then five, then six -- and The Promised Neverland had six in both of its two. (Jujutsu Kaisen had one in its only poll so far.)
This is a crude measurement, of course, especially since female characters dominate the rankings of harem manga. Still, I think it has some value.

Not to mention Black Clover recently released popularity polls and 5 out of 10 are female characters.

female characters had always been popular in SJ manga,so I really don't know what you're boasting about...
Also,being eye candy helps too(Rurouni Kenshin has a huge female fandom thanks to a lot of handsome men in the cast,for example.)

Dr. Stone isn't a battle manga. It almost has no battles to be called it. lol
